Your students. Your program. Your way.

School Programs with A Yoga

  • Students participating in yoga class, kneeling on mats with arms extended forward in a meditation pose in a classroom.

    Individualized Themes

Each session is rooted in an individualized theme that guides the time together. Themes can include strength, goals, peace, growth, joy, connection, and resilience. Themes are enacted in way that allows participants at any age to engage.

  • Children in a classroom participating in a yoga class, following a virtual instructor displayed on a large screen, with some children on their hands and knees on yoga mats.

    Flexible Delivery Methods

Sessions can be delivered in a classroom environment, in a gymnasium space, outside, online, or in-person. Yoga and mindfulness programs have the best results when they are delivered over multiple sessions to develop consistency and more meaningful relationships.

  • Group of students participating in a yoga class in a gymnasium, performing forward bends on yoga mats.

    Optional Additions

Developing the culture of wellness in a school extends beyond in-person yoga sessions. Schools have found it beneficial to deepen their programs by adding on wellness workshops for school families, yoga sessions for staff and faculty, pre-recorded content for indoor recesses, and learning materials to integrate the session content into other subject areas.
